I'm a 5' tall marketing girl. I can't see that high up, but what I'm told is most living areas have an 12' - 17' tall ceiling depending on your choice of ceiling treatment. A Vaulted ceiling may go up to 17', where as a coffered or box may range from 12'-14'.
